Delivery within Australia
Orders UNDER $300 will be charged a flat rate of $12.00 for postage and may be sent out using Australia post or a Courier Service depending on customer selection.
Express post is an option, when selected, you will not be charged for shipping, express post is calculated based on weight and size, by selecting Express post, you are agreeing to be charged accordingly.
Please note Concept Aviation Supplies is not liable for delayed shipping once it has left our hands.
NT WILL NOT RECIEVE FREE POSTAGE
These will be quoted on an individual basis and charged at cost to the customer.
Requests for items to be left on door steps/front door.
if you wish for your item to be left on your door step or at your front door, your order will be posted with regular postage stamps.
There is no way to track these orders and if they are lost or damaged in transit, Concept Aviation takes no responsibility for this
Our Policy for Returns & Refunds
We ask you to choose carefully to ensure the goods you purchase are what you require, we do not normally give refunds if you:
- Simply change your mind
- Make a wrong decision
- Bring the item back more than 7 days after purchase
- Cannot produce a receipt
You can choose between a refund or exchange
- Where goods are faulty
- Have been wrongly described
- Are different from a sample shown to you
Regarding proof of purchase, we urge all our customers to retain original receipts and paperwork so that in the event that you require a refund, exchange or warranty claim we are able to assist you with the minimum of fuss.
We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges on Air Services products, as they may be exam material which cannot be resold. This Includes Charts and Publications.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WITHOUT ORIGINAL RECEIPTS, INVOICES OR OTHER DOCUMENTATION RELATING TO PROOF OF PURCHASE, YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE MAY NOT BE ALLOWED.
