Charges for Freight & Handling
Delivery within Australia
Local orders will be charged a flat rate of $10.00 for postage and may be sent out using Australia post or a Courier Service depending on location.
Express post is an option, you must notify us if you would like your order express posted, this will incur an additional fee of up to $10.00 extra.
International Orders
These will be quoted on an individual basis and charged at cost to the customer.
Our Policy for Returns & Refunds
We ask you to choose carefully to ensure the goods you purchase are what you require, we do not normally give refunds if you:
- Simply change your mind, or
- Make a wrong decision
You can choose between a refund or exchange
- Where goods are faulty
- Have been wrongly described
- Are different from a sample shown to you
Regarding proof of purchase, we urge all our customers to retain original receipts and paperwork so that in the event that you require a refund or exchange we are able to assist you with the minimum of fuss.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WITHOUT ORIGINAL RECEIPTS, INVOICES OR OTHER DOCUMENTATION RELATING TO PROOF OF PURCHASE, YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE MAY NOT BE ALLOWED.
