Refund Policy
We ask you to choose carefully to ensure the goods you purchase are what you require, we do not normally give refunds if you:
- Simply change your mind, or
- Make a wrong decision
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit:
- Where goods are faulty
- Have been wrongly described
- Are different from a sample shown to you, or
- Do not do what they are supposed to
Regarding proof of purchase, we urge all our customers to retain original receipts and paperwork so that in the event that you require a refund or exchange we are able to assist you with the minimum of fuss.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WITHOUT ORIGINAL RECEIPTS, INVOICES OR OTHER DOCUMENTATION RELATING TO PROOF OF PURCHASE, YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE MAY NOT BE ALLOWED. |
Freight and Handling Charges
For orders under $100.00 we charge an across the board fee of $6.00. Orders over $100.00 are delivered free within Australia provided you allow us to select the delivery method. That is to say either by Receipted Delivery post or by our preferred courier.
Should you require special delivery methods that incur costs to ourselves we will recharge you at cost.
International orders will be quoted on an individual basis and charged at cost to the customer. |
