Q. What happens to my personal information and credit card details once I have placed an order?

Customers' personal information is not sold, rented or made available to anyone or any organization outside Concept Aviation Supplies. We do keep customer names and addresses on file but only for use within our company. Credit card details will not be kept after the completion of each order and we can assure you that your security and personal information is secure and safe. However, we are required by law to retain copies of our Point of Sale receipts which are securely stored.

Q: What payment methods do you accept for orders?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, cheques, money orders and direct deposits. Please allow a few extra days for bank clearance on personal cheques. If you wish to use a Credit Card other than VIsa or Mastercard, you will need to use the PayPal method of payment.

Q. How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

We have a same day turn around policy - if we get your order before 3.30 and we have the goods in stock, it will go out that day.

Q. But what if you don't have the goods in stock?

We call you or email you with a delivery estimate and ask you what you want us to do. Then you make the decision whether to wait or try somewhere else.

Q: Are you able to track the delivery of orders and what happens if something goes missing?

Yes we can, we use Australia Post receipted delivery system, so this means we can track down a package if we have to. We also use our preferred courier service who are able to accurately track each package.

Q. Do you price match?

Hmm Tricky! We will listen to you if you can get goods cheaper elsewhere, and where possible we will match the price or do better. To be completely honest sometimes we can't - after all we have to eat! Seriously, we try to pitch our prices in line with most of our competition.

Q. Can you do one off special orders?

Another tricky question sometimes we can and sometimes we can't. It all depends on where we have to source the product from and whether or not there are minimum quantities and so on. Feel free to enquire, we may be able to help.

Q. I'm a student pilot with a well known flying school can I get the same discount they do?

Sorry no. Flying schools purchase large quantities of goods from us and earn their discounts due to the sheer volume of business they give us. From time to time we may offer discounts on selected items in the shop and it doesn't hurt to enquire if we have any special offers on the go.
